BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION
We follow up with a phone call to get a brief idea of what you want for your project. Then we proceed to schedule an in-home consultation.
In-home consultation
During the in-home consultation, we will take a look at what we are working with and discuss how we can resolve the challenges you may be experiencing with your current space. We also carefully assess and document the conditions of your space, take accurate measurements and photos for reference during this time to help us put your ideas together. This is also the best time to get to know you, your style, your needs, visions, and end goal.
Proposal, agreement, & initial payment
After careful assessment of your needs and the time and resources required to deliver a successful result have been evaluated, we prepare a detailed proposal and agreement for your review. This document details the scope of work for the entire project, our remodeling goals, the estimated pricing for material and labor, the payment terms, and the estimated timeline. At this time, an initial payment will be made to move on to the remodeling process. This will be a partial payment of 50% of the final total, the final payment will be made when the job is completed.
schedule a start day
Once everything has been reviewed and approved, we can schedule a start day for your project. Should a permit be obtained, A1 takes care of all necessary permits and once issued, construction will begin shortly after. Throughout the process, we maintain excellent communication by providing progress updates and answering any questions you have.
project reveal & final walk through
The big day! This is the exciting moment when we reveal the final project. After the transformation is complete, your project manager will walk you through your home to ensure we provide you with outstanding remodeling services and that all of your needs are met.
